High-Risk Recommendations

Symmio's High-Risk Recommendations is an important feature that aids in managing user health risks. It provides expert guidance and information.

You can now insert your own video from popular platforms like Youtube, Vimeo, or Wistia, as well as include headers and a customized button to direct users to any external link you prefer.

You can switch between Healthcare (Pain) and Behavioral health and input your own customized recommendations.

Users in the High-Risk category will be directed to the healthcare or behavioral health page based on their results and your personalized suggestions will be available on the app and website assessments.

To customize High-Risk Recommendations:

Web Assessment Updates

Since launching web assessments, we’ve seen a 46% increase in the number of assessments completed, so we wanted to enhance this feature to make it more accessible to you. Below is a breakdown of those improvements!

Create Web Assessment Links

Previously, links were used to invite people to Symmio. Now, each link created is unique and used for web assessments. When users click on the link, they are taken to a page where they can complete the assessment. This simplifies the process for users and improves their overall experience. The links are also more valuable for gathering leads or evaluating users. You have the flexibility to decide how to utilize them.

Web Assessment Landing Page

Our new landing page is concise, user-friendly, and provides detailed info on assessment duration and benefits. Clear content helps users understand the advantages of Symmio. Step-by-step instructions guide users through the assessment process for a streamlined experience. With comprehensive resources and easy access, we make it easy for users to complete the assessments.

Web Assessment Results

After finishing the web assessment, users will see Symmio's next actions. There are 3 potential steps based on the user's results.

  1. High-Risk Recommendations

  2. Download Health Report

  3. Download Symmio

High-Risk Recommendations

Users at high risk will receive an Important Message about what to do next. When users click the Get Connected button, Symmio shows them their High-Risk Recommendations on the following page. These high-risk recommendations are customized by you for each organization and group.

This can be customized in the settings or group customization screen.

Download Health Report

Users can easily download and view the comprehensive PDF Health Report directly from the convenient web assessments platform. This feature allows individuals to access their personalized health report effortlessly.
