As fall approaches, our Symmio team has been diligently working to enhance your experience and provide even more value. We deeply appreciate all the feedback we have received, and today, we are thrilled to announce some truly exciting new features!
Download the Symmio app from the App Store
Web Assessment Portal
Introducing a long-awaited feature available to those who need it most. The web assessment portal lets users sign up and take the initial assessment online, without having to download the app.
When users are added to the Symmio platform, they will receive a new email invitation giving them the option to either download the Symmio app and perform the assessments, or perform the web assessment and download the app at a later time.
User will be directed to create an account and then perform both the movement assessment and lifestyle assessment. Once finished, users can view their report and choose to download the Symmio App for all its advantages. This is a game-changing opportunity for you and your users.
Symmio Academy Course
Hosted by product Developer Kyle Barrow, the Symmio Academy is your in-depth resource designed to give you the tools needed to use the Symmio platform efficiently and effectively.
You’ll find the Symmio Academy icon in the menu located below the links icon. Simply click the icon to be taken to our academy course where you can learn everything from product overviews, account set-up, user onboarding, reporting, and more.
Important Resources
Inside of the Symmio Academy we have included a handful of important resources such as the Portal Guide PDF, Marketing Emails and PDF Flyers.
Download Latest User Report
You can now download the Symmio user report findings from the user's profile. This report breaks down their assessment, giving you insights into their overall health and wellness. To access this report, go to a user's profile, and below platform activity, you'll see the "Download Latest Report" button.
