Product Update

As we’ve mentioned before, we rely heavily on our community to help shape the vision and product of Symmio. Over the last couple of months, we have received a tremendous amount of feedback regarding the visibility and transparency of data and insights into what users are doing inside Symmio.

Today, we’re excited to share a few screenshots of our new user profile screen.

Screenshot 1: User Summary Page

This concept of the user’s summary page provides a more visually pleasing display of historical data, MSK risk, and a clear visual of the onboarding process. Key features include:

  • Ability to request a retest of their wellness screen.

  • Month-by-month view of progression for the wellness score and MSK risk category.

Screenshot 2: Program Insights

This is what everyone has been asking for—insights into the user's program. Key features include:

  • An overall view of program completion.

  • Clear visual of adherence over a 30-day period, as well as 7, 30, and all-time data.

  • Latest activity display showing the corrective exercise plan, the day and exercises being completed, and the articles being read.

  • A preview of what’s coming up next in their program.

We hope these enhancements will provide the transparency and insight you need to make the most of Symmio. Your feedback is invaluable, so please let us know what additional information would be helpful and if there’s anything else that could make Symmio the product you can’t work without.
